Yea, Warehouse1 seems to get some bad feedback (but what online store doesn't get bad feedback), have bought from them before and sale was easy. But comes with tax invoice. So any warranty issues can be resolved with Seagate directly if Warehouse1 cause any issues. Plus purchased through eBay and paid with PayPal, so some buyer protection there. Having eBay hassle them if there is an issue will keep them on the ball I think. Buying from their website/store might have different results (most reviews are prob from experiences not through eBay).
