Nearly bought this last night then checked 6AM this morning they only had ARF CC3D flight controllers left checked again 11AM and all are back in stock so I'm thinking they only release 100 a day for the next 5 days I'm not sure.
Gearbest are selling same deal RTF for $159 USD and aliexpress $235 USD.
After watching this youtube video is holding me back from buying but hard to resist such a bargain.

Thanks for the info. Do you have any recommendations for a half-decent first quadcopter in the $50-70 price bracket?
If it's your first Quad and you want to learn the controals, then the JJRC H31 is a great little Quad and usually under US$30.
$22 USD @ zappals ATM nice trainer and cheapest price I've ever seen
https://www.zapals.com/jjrc-h31-waterproof-drone-remote-cont…That is a very good price and if buying make sure you buy spare propellers (Pack of 4 on Gearbest is only AU$2.28 compared to AU$5.34 at Zepals). Biggest hassle these days is ordering Spare Batteries as nobody ships to Australia and you will need at least 4 (for fun).
Good info! Thanks hawkeye and Borg!
This would be a terrible first quad, and it would be still poor for someone salvaging parts on it.
The FC (Naze) is well past its last legs and is showing it's age. The ESCs are okay. The real killer for this whole thing will be the motors. 1806's are weak sure, but with only 2300kv this will not be fun to fly - it'll feel heavily underpowered.
…..Buy it for the propellers?
If you buy the RTF, then you get a controller slightly below what you'd pay for it (a flysky controller is $50-70), so it may make sense if you are buying another quad - even then, flysky is a below average protocol.
