  • I never got into TW:2 so I still can't justify buying this game despite all the hype

    • I struggled with the first Witcher game (played it years later and couldn't look past the clunkiness and bugs), but I'm a massive fan of the books so was pretty keen to play through the series regardless of how shitty the games were. That said, TW3 is definitely the best of the series in pretty much every respect - CDPR went all-out and I have to give them credit for their insanely hard work!

    • same, I've put in a decent amount of hours in to witcher 2, the story and gameplay was alright but just couldn't get into it. I guess I'm just not a fan of RPGs.

  • good price for a stunning game.

You can also get it from HumbleBundle for $19.95 USD (~$25.39 AUD). It is also a GOG key (or Key key, whatever that is). Deal expires in a week.

    • I think that's just the base game - if it's the GOTY edition then even better, but otherwise you're better off getting it direct from GOG/Steam

      • +2

Nah, it is this GOTY edition. I'd probably still buy it from GOG anyway but that is just me.

The 10% humble monthly member discount doesn't apply though btw.

EDIT: I see that the non-GOTY version is also up for the same price also, hence the confusion? Anyway, be careful if buying.
