Initially when I signed up for this card, I was under the impression that I was signing up for the QFF 100k points ($5,000 spend). Confirmed with Westpac via Facebook chat.
After a few months of signing up, I called Westpac to find out when I would receive my points and was told i would receive them in 2 lots. Ok, patience…
7 Statements later (today), I call them again to find out where my points are. I have been told that I would not qualify for these points as the "code" on my signup is only eligible for 50,000 QFF + Benefits… these benefits, even if you can call them that are 6 months interest free. What a tonne of shit.
What the F#!k!? I've escalated the issue to the product manager… however, has this happened to anyone else? If so, what was the outcome?
Huh? was this the 100K but annual fee is $395 deal?
I signed up for this deal in June, and from memory it was always 80K bonus with 5K spend, within 3 months. I signed up in June and done the 5k just shy of the 2 month period. Have yet to receive the bonus (called last month) and today is my end of cycle. Will update if I got 80K.
