Domino's Pizza Online Error - "We Were Unable to Place Your Order at The Selected Store"

Hi, I'm having issues placing a catering order of pizzas for tomorrow/Monday at Dominos Nedlands, WA.

I've been trying the promo code 449165 ($7.95 Butter Chicken and Garden Veg pizzas) and placed an order for 16, with various changes.

On multiple browsers, with different payment methods (PayPal, cash, credit card), I keep on getting the same error.

Also an error with the nearby Dominos Wembley store.

I contacted them online via FB and while they gave me a code for a free pizza, they were unable to do anything else apart from refer to IT. However it might not be in time before my event.

Anyone had experience with this error and found a way to overcome it?

  Might have to wake up early and give them a call? They should take promo codes on the phone? Not sure what time difference is like there, but they might only take orders when they're running?

  I've had the issue before I think, but just called in and ordered by phone. I hear if you order for 16, they usually call up to ask for ID and stuff? Might be a safety thing maybe and this is just a general error?

  Some codes are only for some selected stores and not available to all stores

    Thanks for the suggestion; the codes were valid and accepted at the stores I placed.

  Have you tried placing an order for 8? If it works, place an order for the other 8.
  At a guess, I reckon it might be quantity related?

  Inahd this issue, started a new account and used a different credit card. Worked fine.

  I was in the process of placing an order using code 634061 for the $7.95 butter chicken pizza, it went through, but was suddenly removed at the checkout page with the message "could not be used at this time of the day". 449165 also gives me the same error message…
