    KPIs
    [triggered]
[gets book anyway because it's free]

    • Does it have one word printed on each page?

      Don't

  • There are other ways of dangling the carrot.

  • I'd much rather read Harry Potter than this.

Will this book help me actually meet kpis?

    • +1

It says it will help you implement them… I think meeting them comes after that.

    • Probably not, but I bet meeting KPIs will be available in the next 'not-so-free' series

  • If you need a book to come up with your KPI you're in the wrong job.

  • Every time I think KPI's, I think a drop in quality of work. The the letters that give me nightmares!!

  • Honestly, I would rather perform self-surgery on my spleen than read this book.

  • If you could get me those TPS reports as soon as possible

    That would be great
