I didnt think this was worth posting as its been cheaper before but a previous post of a costco philips airfryer non xl going for $299 i thought id post this. We had our 1kg chips fried in 8mins and they were crunchy and tasted nice.

Thought it was a gimmick like most people until I took a risk, turns out these things are great, we use it at least 3 times a week
Really want one of these but can't justify the cost.
i had a Phillips it stuffed up got a $70 cheapy online does the same job just doesn't look as fancy.

Mine is a kitchen chef a quick look on eBay there are heaps of target have there version on there for $99 with free shipping it has a digital display.
This is the older basket model, the new ones are easier to clean… dunno why they don’t release a big one with the new basket

@Scab: this is the new model. I'm not sure what bowtiehoon is talking about. THis is the Philips XL. Same one I've got and use it every weekend. Basket and fat container both come out and washable.

Yes, the one on this page is the latest XL 1.2 KG model, just saying I wished they released an updated the XL model. The mesh in basket in the HD9643 pops out which makes it easier to clean.

I had one and it didn't last long and I barely used it :( waste of $400.
I am still wondering what is wrong with it, I think its the PSU for the controls, not sure.
Dont like these digital models.
The old dial version are better in terms of ease of use.
