As a regular user have you been stung by their $15 "overstay" charge, even if you are leaving within your booked time?
It's happened to me twice this year - they've refunded it both times, but it's a pain in the arse to have to go through the process unnecessarily.
I wonder how many people get stung and don't realise? (or can't be bothered to have it reversed!)
Never had that problem, one time my flights got delayed so I came back a day late, rang them before hand to ask what to do they said nothing you will be charged $5 extra for the additional day, I had my doubts, but that is what I was charged. that was on a 4 day to 5 day booking.
I usually always stay 4 or 5 days and leave the day before it is expiring as I fly out at the crack of dawn and fly back in the afternoon. So that probably has something to do with it as well.
if you only need 7 days or so then try booking for 10 days so that the 10 day rate kicks in
