Andy it is 18%, I know not much difference, but postage of australian customers is either 9.75 or 10.95us which now is no difference - this includes the express postage, normally I like to also add a small gift to all my customers that spending more then 100us. I do not advertise this as sometimes I am not the one packing the pieces.

If the delivery address is Not in australia then the above postage is correct. If the order is going to an australian address then postage is either 9.75 or 10.95. Thank you for that, all these years I have really only had US customers so I never noticed I did not included postage for Australia. Will amend that. I will also amend the coupons so it reads better.
