It's the complete American Mcgee's Alice remastered in HD. You must own the full game Alice: Madness Returns to access this DLC.

@TheDukeOfNukem: I think the word you've been looking for all along is "standalone" rather "full game".
Whilst it requires Alice: Madness Returns to launch it is definitely not a DLC for Alice: Madness Returns. It is the full game of American Mcgee's Alice remastered in HD which launches from the Madness Returns menu. I have it on the PC version and it is an entirely separate folder to the Madness Returns base game and contains it's own Alice executable that gets launched.

FWIW, it’s a bit of an acquired taste but I really enjoyed this game.
The theme, tone and graphics are very macabre and even a little steam punk, it’s a lot of fun.
The controls can be a bit frustrating at times and it can be quite difficult so younger players might find it a bit frustrating.
Is this just one level or the complete game?
