Edit: These products are End of Line and most likely low in stock, however MSY aren't regarded as having high stock levels for non EOL items anyways.
Online stock check shows that all stores currently have stock of the Razer Orochi with only a couple of stores indicating low stock levels.
I would not think so unless you are doing competitive gaming. The mouse is dual wired/wireless so you can swap and test it yourself.

From my experience, it's case dependent.
Sometimes the Bluetooth and wifi interfere with each other (especially on systems with two in one modules, and/or mice using older Bluetooth protocols). The interference comes in the form of jittery movement and noticeable reduction of bandwidth through wifi.
Iirc bluetooth 4.0 devices have these issues mostly fixed. Also usually having discrete bluetooth adapter should help, but no guarantees you won't still run in to the issues.
If no issues, i haven't noticed any lag even when playing cs.

Pretty sure that MSY deal prices have only never been updated manually after the stores have opened for the day. You can always order it at the higher price and ask for the price to be updated when you go to pick it up. Not so much for orders being shipped.

I wonder if they know what they are talking about. The "pamphlet" specifically states that the deal is available online and instore.
The email I received says, "Available instore ONLY Mon 18/09 to Tue 19/09".

They got more stock of the zazer orochi this afternoon I got told And they had a fair few gtx 1060's in stock to.

They told me the last Orochi they have was faulty and have asked me to select a different model. Hopefully whoever got that last unit is a working one.
really? my mandarin is terrible but i heard them saying something about the mouse being faulty as well but the orochi mouse i got was sealed so im not sure how they would know that it's faulty
