This game is available on pre-order and currently sells from the Australian store for $145.20. It can currently be purchased via the Saudi Arabian storefront using Xbox Gift Cards (in Saudi Arabian Riyal) for SAR289, which works out to be approx $96. That's almost a $50 saving. I was able to buy SAR300 worth of gift cards via G2A for AU$91.33, so have effectively purchased the game for at an (approx.) 37% discount. Your mileage may vary. I can also confirm that my Xbox dashboard currently shows the game as purchased/owned and available to download from 12am September 22nd.

For reference, the equivalent physical disc version of this game sells exclusively from JB Hi-Fi for $139.

The Digital Deluxe version includes -:

  • Base Game
  • Season Pass
  • Japanese Car Pack
  • Motorsports Car Pack

  • Can get it for $75 from South Africa lol just gotta find the best place for gift cards

    • Yeah I saw that too but just couldn't find a way to purchase sufficient gift cards (in South African Rand) and still manage to purchase the game for under AUD$100. Otherwise, I would have been all over it at that price!!

  • Sorry don't really know much about racing sims. My question: differences between this and Forza 7?

Plenty of reviews/previews already available online, but for a quick summary, you may find this an interesting read.

TL:DR - Both games have their strengths and weaknesses as "racing sims". FM7 is more of a "sim-cade" style game in that they try to make the game accessible for everyone from beginners through to advanced racers. They are also going for the sheer volume of cars, excellent visuals and a decent AI system. By contrast, PC2 is (arguably) more of a "true" racing sim where the visuals take a back seat to physics and realism. PC2 is more tightly focused on motorsport and offers considerably fewer cars, but a much greater variety of tracks.

Both titles - and game series - will have their respective fans and detractors.

I'm assuming that's just a poor attempt at a joke about Saudi Arabia rather than a serious question?

  • Can anyone comfirm that fifa 18 is $60 in Sar therefore it costs $20 aud ? made a Saudi Arabian account and it still comes up $60

    • No idea. Suggest you're better off asking this question in the forums rather than on a post related to the Xbox version of a racing sim game.
