      Yep there is certainly a group of shoppers out there who want a good quality mattress that is no fuss, easy to buy, free delivery. This fits the mattress in a box product. We've been out talking to people and what they tell us is they are interested in a mattress in a box but they want it from a brand they can trust and that was made by mattress experts.         It's great to hear that you're giving people what they want, but may I offer you some feedback - you don't really set yourselves apart from the rest and the fact that there's very little technical information about the mattress doesn't help (although the lack of marketing jargon is a plus). Also, I shouldn't have to click on Buy to find information about the mattress.

          Thanks for feedback pyro. We've had some great feedback about the product and design of site but, like from yourself, we have also had feedback on how we can make it better. We are always looking to improve and looking to make changes over the next few weeks.
