No problem with our customers so far, a lot better than Samsung.
Samsung > Hitachi.
Fail rate Samsung > Hitachi
From what I saw and handled warranty return.
Bliind, as your reasons for the negative vote is more of a personal opinion, I'm revoking your vote.
Seeing that you're new, you may want to [read the voting guidelines] to see how negative votes work on OzBargain.
only the G15 requires a hdd purchase
questionable neg vote, hitachi havent really had any bad publicity caused by breaking hard drives. All brands pretty much have the same failure rate anyway
All brands pretty much have the same failure rate anyway
Lol, I suggested this pearl of commonsense once & was soundly shouted down for it! :p
I suppose I did have the gall to ask for ask those arguing the point for some evidence other than innuendo though; the cheek of me! ;)
everyone seems to have their own opinion over which company has ruined their life. However, i saw a website that showed the failure rates between the drives brands are marginal :/ cant find the site now, but they got data for thousands of drives.
@Davo1111: Yeah, I know exactly the study you mean! It was a ridgy-didge scientific cross-sectional study of mean failure rates & MTBF for all of the brands! I'm far too lazy to search for it now either, but the take home message was that they're all pretty much the same! ;)
Except for Seagate, who I hate, coz they are bastards!!! :p
So doesn't that mean bliind should provide evidence lest his neg vote get revoked?
In store only. :/
not a dupe.
maybe if you read the post you'd realise that. It's referring to the same page and same products.
Doesn't matter now, shop already closed.

Lol at one of the tags.
bahahahahaha
ahaa nice fine, particularly since it was created by user wang. changed though :/
hard desk drives?
desk was replaced by another 4 letter rude word starting with d.
@Davo1111: Disk isn't rude :p
Still waiting for these guys to honour their "soon to be posting across australia" that has been at the bottom of their webpage for aeons.
http://www.logitechshop.com.au is owned by the same company (and delivers)
I think the issue is packaging and DOA
could anyone able to price match MK710 ($79) to any retail stores around sydney?
