  AU $1227 makes it 200 dollars more expensive the locally available Lenovo Thinkpad E570p so no, not particularly good deal as the shipping pretty much kills the deal. You may also be charged a 0 to 3 percent foreign transaction fee (depends on what kind of CC you have) so might be more than 1227.

  You can also get 7 percent CB on the Lenovo and also use Amex offer.

      It uses a M.2 NVME SSD by default, and it has empty 2.5" inch drive bay that you can add a 1TB HDD into it (can be configured at the website).

      So if your Lenovo laptop is specced over $1299 dollars (just add some more RAM and hard drives until you reach that amount) you will get back $250 dollars.
