Dan's is the only place in town that sells Skuttlebutt Shiraz Cabernet. I had it in Bangkok and it was brilliant. But I was a bit Scuttled!

I've gotten members offers and used cashrewards in the past with no issues. It usually calculates the percentage off the full price too which is even better.
TA did not know you rep'd for Dan, that is cool. Anyways, I purchased liquor Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch Whisky 700mL - $37.95 {actually at noon it was 38.} at noon today, I did not pay attention to the cash back amount.
Do you think this deal was valid at noon today? Wonder if I can look at my @cashrewards and see what the percent was?

Does anyone else have constant issues with Dan's declining cashbacks?
I have had to message cashrewards customer service several times to chase up "incorrectly declined" purchases, one of which was later approved, another (from November last year) is still listed as pending. It has got to the point where I don't really bother using cashrewards when I purchase at Dans.
Hi Simon. Without knowing your personal circumstances I can't say why you've been declined, as there are numerous reasons Dan's would do this. Returns, partial returns, use of unlisted vouchers, 3rd party promos etc. As for the pending, that should definitely not be the case, unless it was added as an untracked sale at the time by our CS team (and Dan's haven't responded to the transaction query)? Please ping me your CR email address and I'll see what I can find out.

TA intervened and I was paid out for that purchase. I'll add that the underlying problem doesn't seem to have been rectified as Cash Rewards has had to pay out of their own funds. To me, this still represents the highest likelihood store of requiring manual processing at Cash Rewards.
