Vermintide is basically Left 4 Dead with a very strong melee focus, set in the middle of a Skaven (rat men) invasion at the beginning of the end of the world. It has some basic RPG loot progression and plenty to do for the price.

I would say its more or less mandatory to play with friends or other players (up to 4 players at once) as the bots are very frustrating to rely on even if it can be done. The servers were pretty dead for AUS when I last looked but a Humble Bundle should surely breath enough life into it long enough to play through the levels at varying difficulties.

I highly recommend it if playing with friends or if you enjoyed L4D.
