Definitely recommend that all of those starting a new business have a listen to this. Many universities have this on their reading list when you study Commerce/Business.

Great book. Listened a year or so ago.
GE developed “FastWorks” with the help of Ries to totally transform the way they work and innovate a few years ago. I did a case study on GE and the lean startup as part of a university assignment recently. Great book.
