The $20 off code is a targeted eBay promo, not officeworks. eBay sometimes send users specific discount codes, you'll get an email or see it in your eBay account if you get one.
Hey Mate, as hamza23 said, it was a targeted eBay promo if paid by paypal, not officeworks. I checked ebay now and it shows the code has been redeemed so it was a user targeted offer.
Hmmm, shipping is coming up at $25.95 for me. Seems a tad excessive.
