Up voting this comment, as it has sources of cheaper prices.
This isn't a bargain, as it's above the standard price that it can be found elsewhere.
Sure, it's cheaper than Office Works, but most places are.

How's about instead of worrying about including how much it is in the title at OW, you actually put in the store where you can purchase it?
As noted by Axelstrife anyway, this is more expensive than a dozen other places.
Does this work well? I am using a netcomm wireless access point as a bridge with an ethernet cable, as my new PC doesn't have a slot for a network card, but the reception is patchy and I often have to reload pages and try and angle the antennae around. Hoping if I use a USB with a long USB extension cord I can find the sweet spot of wifi reception! We have ADSL 2+ with iinet.
Using an actual wireless access point as a bridge means his 2.4ghz signal should be pretty decent. If reception is patchy on 2.4ghz, going to 5ghz is not going to improve things. Higher frequency = more data but less range.
Wireless doesn't act as it should.
Is this adapter 5ghz?
It is 2.4Ghz only. One of the reasons for getting it is that it works with Hackintosh. If you don't know what that is, then I doubt you would want one of these. Well, it is quite small and does work okay for 2.4Ghz wifi.
I do know what that is but I also know I don't need it lol. Thanks.
