Crisis.
I would like to change my hairstyle - am in Sydney.
Any recommendations OxBargainers?
In true Ozbargainer style I have been getting $7 haircuts so my hair has been progressively butchered.

Ponytails! What we really need is a hairband locator deal.
Despite having one myself, I hereby withdraw my recommendation for a ponytail - I forgot there is an expense involved. A minor expense sure, but I need that cash for when Eneloops make a comeback.
Right, bald it is then. (Naturally bald, razor cost money. May take a while. YMMV.)
bikies
Shave off all your hair and use incense to burn two rows of holes along the top.
(I take no responsibility if a monk sues you for copying their style.)
DIY. Save money.
OzB wouldn't call a change hairstyle a crisis.
I know campsie, bankstown or belmore have $10 haircut.

The bowl cut.
I went to my local Tafe to get mine done for half the price of a salon. Tafe in South Western Sydney may have a salon https://swsi.tafensw.edu.au/ give them a call if they are close enough to you.
Wear a hat.
Garden shears? I am not suggesting you try this at home, but you could borrow someone's stove (for the free gas) and try a controlled burn, hair can disappear in seconds (so cheap on time taken, too).
Just be sure to have a helper with a wet towel to save your skin/life anything else flammable.
A true OzBargainer is either bald or has a very long ponytail.
