Overview
Stamp is one of Hardys’ most recognised wine ranges. Released in 1988, the unique labeling features original Australian postage stamps which date back to 1937. Hardy's Stamp realises Thomas Hardy’s vision of creating vibrant wines reflective of the Australian style and enjoyed around the world. Stamp Sparkling is created using gentle pressing of fruit which ensures minimal extraction of phenolics giving a soft palate. Primary fermentation on light solids and 100% malolactic fermentation gives added complexity and creaminess. A fresh acidity ensures the palate finishes crisp and dry.
