    It alarmed their fraud checks they wanted me to upload ID
    Not going to do that, I'll get it back through my bank as a refund.

    how did u get it for $116 US shipped? it adds another $5 shipped minimum as far as i can see, it only has 2 paid shipping options, the other two are greyed out?

        Yeah i'd already done that. Maybe free shipping has been removed cos i can't see anyway to get it. If i put my cursor over the slower greyed out shipping options it just says "not allowed for better customer service"

I don't even know how to open it to take the tape off the battery to charge it. Why is it like this? I thought this was the international version?

    It's now the 8th of August, I actually ordered the express shipping for an extra $8 US to get in 4-5 days and I'm in processing hell too.

    I sent them a complaint via their ticket system so let's see how that goes, I actually needed this in that timeframe and I can't believe I thought it'd actually come. I desperately need a new phone.

      Well - all 'miniinthebox' did was post my question in their online 'conversation' system.

      Their response was that I could pay extra for expedited shipping - my response was I just want the item to arrive ASAP, without me paying extra.

      On a side note, it is still listed as 'processing'.

      Poor form lightinthebox!

          That's fantastic that you're doing that but I already paid extra for express shipping that was not express at all so while it's making the best of this situation it's still a bad situation and I'm not impressed as a first time customer.

          Edit: just double checked and that wasn't my order/ticket number, this comment sounded sarcastic at the start but I do appreciate that you're acknowledging the situation and trying to help.

    So apparently it's going to be sent out no later than 2 days in the past (i assume these guys can time travel). BTW the processing time for the phone still says 1-2 days, it's now 8 days and it's still processing. Also, i didnt get standard shipping, i paid for what is listed as "postal expedited" on the page. Lots of errors here and all round clusterf#!#

    Don't order from these guys if you want anything soon, absolute dicking around going on here

          I do not recommend buying from LightInTheBox. Apart from the slow process times, I have found their service non transparent and dishonest.

          I was tempted into this deal and through delay after delay. I pushed for my order to be cancelled and refunded, confirming it to the sales rep numerous times through their ticketing. However today I recieved a update on my request that now I am unable to cancel due to the fact they sent the package just now and if I want a refund I will have to reject the package on arrival. I feel very much decieved and and that it seems more a ploy to force the sale on me.
