EDIT: Some users are reporting their stores are not accepting the order and still being charged.
First time posting. Found a Medium Big Mac Meal for $5 in the app.
Using the Maccas ordering app, select the Big Mac option. Then in the meals there will be small, large and Golden meal options.
Select the Golden meal option to receive a Medium Big Mac Meal for $5.
Used tonight at my local with no issues. Unsure of end date.
Extra pickles are the least of your concerns when you try (profanity) with a 16yo who makes your meal.
Just noticed the bastards charged my card!!
The order went through on the app, then when I went to pay they said "oh sorry we don't do the golden mean here, would you like me to put through a medium big Mac meal at the normal price" the app shouldn't have accepted the order of they don't do it at that store.
Damn. After clearing the data yesterday I had the golden meal show up properly and I was planning to use it today… Well love and behold, the golden meal item is gone today. Grrrr
Tried to order 4 meals and I got nothing. Waste of time. My card was charged twice.
My order seemed fine but when I went through drive through and quoted my order number, when instructed by the app, it all turned to @#!$.
First I was told my order was a packet of salt.
I was then asked to pay $9+ for a medium mac meal then essentially called a liar when I said it was a $5 'golden meal'.
The staff ignored me the fist 5-6 times I suggested I should park and come inside rather than hold up others during lunch time rush. After 5 minutes they agreed.
Order was put though manually, but they gave the impression they were doing me a favour.
They couldn't give me a receipt when I asked.
Burger had 6 pickles in it. I friggin hate pickles.
Chips were soggy overcooked rubbish. The kind you might expect at 3am and put up with because only you're drunk.
