Foxtel Now - 3 month trial - All channels are now Unlocked !?

People are still reporting unlocked channels.

Has anyone else noticed that their 3 month 'drama' trial of Foxtel, now has all the channels unlocked?

I guess this is because of the GoT issues but I haven't heard of any media release from Foxtel.

It wasn't the case on my mobile but all channels were unlocked when I logged into the web service. The TV app is reportedly unlocked too.

    I had that - but it was just because I wasn't signed in? Once I signed it they were gone.

    We're on a very old package with Foxtel, which basically has every channel except for the movie channels.

    On the app, however, I can log in and watch the movie channels as well.

        Fair enough.

        We still get the movie channels on Foxtel Go without paying for them in our subscription.

        Don't exactly want to sit there and watch a movie on my computer,tablet or phone though….

          Yes, I know. I have the app on a tablet but apart from a few minutes here and there we don't use it. Couldn't imagine watching a full movie.

    Mine doesn't and I used that recent 3 month trial deal. Tried to watch Cartoon Network, no joy.

    I use foxtel go and that has been completely unlocked every channel is available.

    and all on demand content has also been unlocked.

    It's a bit of a joke i find it happens every now and then, All GOT things were available Sunday but all locked down on Monday including recaps and old episodes

    They are also dumping a bunch of channels too

    Thanks OP i only use it for sport but nice to see it's all opened up

    I've been on Foxtel Play/Go/Now for 6 months or so with Pop and Sport only and can confirm all channels unlocked for me.

      I think this is a depends situation

      I've got it on 2 machines i was doing a clean up on laptop and cleaned cashe and history logged out of everything = all channels were back to normal and locked.

      The other one which i use primarily still completely unlocked so i'm not resetting that one without good reason while it remains in the fully unlocked state.

    Hey, I'm a Fuxtel subscriber with Basic plus Sports. Last night and again tonight I see all channels can be accessed via the Fuxtel app on my iPad. However, it wasn't there this morning. Anyone know what's going on?
    Just quietly, don't contact Fuxtel about this because they'll be the last to know. (PS I'm still waiting for a technician to visit me after contacting Fuxtel several months ago about a problem (it's since rectified itself, but Fuxtel wouldn't know). Their customer service is, quite honestly, fuxtelling pathetic.

      it's inconsistent

      Server which remains on all the time all unlocked

      Laptop which as i said above cleared cache and history locked

    Still unlocked for me. They locked back up the other day but are unlocked again now.

    I'd actually keep it if I got all the channels for the $30-odd a month. Once it locks up again for good I'll probably cancel it - too expensive when the locks are on.

    My mate was saying he's notices it varys during the day and evening as to whether it's locked or not

      yeah I was watching part of a show on my app in the early hours this morning (like about 4am) and now that I try to watch the rest of it it is locked :(

    Seems to get locked and then unlocked after a day or two. Wouldn't at all mind paying the $15/month after the 3 month trial is over mid Sep if it remains that way.
