Reads like an ad - "Save up to 40%". If you gotta put that much stuff in the title then it's not a bargain.

This time, the price is quite reasonable.

I agree, I remember them trying to get us buy them at my Son's pre-school and at $130 I thought was a rip off so $80 is better if still a but of a rip off

  • Link is either not working or geo blocking my USA IP address (through VPN). I don't understand why some retail sites geo block.

    • Yep, it is geo blocked for USA IP address.

  • They are a cool product but my God they are expensive for what they are. They would cost so minimal to make, they mark-up on these is phenomenal.

  • website is down anyone facing the same issue ?

  • Small magnets, as a toy, are very dangerous for sale to kids:
    https://www.productsafety.gov.au/news/nothing-novel-about-de…

From the article above, there are "standards in place regarding strong magnets used in toys". How securely are the magnets held in this toy? Could they come out and present a hazard?

Looks decent, but for those not wanting to commit that much money K-mart sells magformer knock offs for a much lower price point e.g.
    here and here.

Just be aware that magnets can be dangerous when swallowed so it may pay to get good quality magnetic toys which don't break.

    • I have a big set of geniune Magformers, which the kids love. It would cost a bomb to get more, but I am too paranoid to buy the cheap knock-offs from K-mart.
