Reccommend a Cheap Doorbell

Hi can anyone reccommend me a cheap wireless doorbell?

It doesnt need to be fancy, just needs to be wireless and battery powered

I bought one off ebay which worked for a while, but for some reason it recently doesnt work when i have the door closed (I know, like thats its whole freakin purpose in life)

My receiver is mounted about 20cms from the buzzer. Basically on opposite sides of the door frame. It works intermittently and ive replaced batteries already so no idea why it doesnt work without a direct line of sight

So anyway. $15-20 is my budget to replace this piece of crap.

Alternatively im happy to shell out about $100 for one that i can connect to via wifi and take photos as long as it doesnt require wiring either

You can also consider the long range ones if you think range is an issue.

i have one from aliexpress/ebay. its works but i notice the battery on the receiver are gone VERY QUICK (the box where sound are coming off). probably just ring once every week. it uses 3AA.
not sure why the battery drain so quick.

also found something like this, NO BATTERY on BOTH transmitter and receiver! apparently not many comes with AU plug

  I have a Cacazi doorbell, was slightly annoyed that it came with different (japan?) plug instead of AU like what was on the description. But I got a bunch of Xiaomi powerstrips to plug it into. Works well!

      mm about 3 meters so far because I've only tried placing the receiver in the front study, I'll plug it in the back room and see how i go tonight :)

      Oops, it's actually in the living room instead so about 8-10m through two walls. Cost me $13ish and looks quite cute too

  LOL, the only 2 reviews are both 1 star! Looks like a subscription based product, and the battery change is a huge hassle. Stay clear.

Many normal stores sell cheap doorbells, buy one, use it, doesn't work, return and try next local store.

Once had a wireless doorbell, hooked it up to old speakers and subwoofer, if you didn't hear it you could feel it!
