    The problem is, if a few people's order went missing, then I understanding blaming Australian Post; but when a "majority" of order hasn't been delivered and there hasn't been any official words from Shopping Square then I blame Shopping Square. (This is in relations to orders coming from overseas/Hong Kong)

        Also it appears that Shopping Square are aware they their orders for Xiaomi Power Bank has held/rejected for delivery by Australian Post, but they have yet to inform customers publicly.

        IMO, that's poor customer service…

        Correct, and not only are they keeping quiet, they keeping the cash!!

        They are hoping people forget about the order and wont ask for a refund. For me thats just evil.

        If you know there is an issue about an order inform your customers who paid you in good faith don't just be quiet about it.

        @dragonindespair: I've also purchased multiple Power Bank from overseas (usually Banggood) and they have all arrived. The first time I ordered from Shopping Square, and it's been a month with no communication.
