Personal bad experience with them? Need to ask as they're the only ones stocking all 3 of the shoes I'm looking for. I've been told about other bad sellers on ebay in the past (mainly electronics sellers) that I'd personally had no issues with multiple times so trying to weigh up if the risk is worthwhile.
They have been discussed many times on this website. They fail to rectify ongoing issues with several members of this site. The rep is also extremely unprofessional and rude.
You might have a fantastic experience with them…or you may not. Up to you! Personally I don't give business to people/companies that can't provide basic customer service (I have purchased from them before but definitely no more). There is plenty of competition out there. Paying a few dollars more from a more reputable place is worth it from at least a moral point of view. If you are penny pinching then that is a risk you will take.
@johnleckie70: Thanks for that. I personally dislike unprofessional customer service. Unfortunately they're the only sellers in this promo with the shoes I want.
May pass on them for now. Can't condone bad customer service.

The price for which the eBay deal becomes better than the Catch website is for shoes above $66.60.
Calculations (Postage of $9.99 / 15% = breakeven point).
I am looking at these shoes. On Catch website the price is the same postage to my address is only $7.95 compared to the ebay postage cost of $9.99. With a free Club Catch 30 day trial the postage is free.
So for the $49 price of the shoes, I am interested in, its cheaper on the Catch website with club catch free trial, unless there is a way to get free postage through an eBay purchase.
