Seeking a New Phone after Cancelling My Order from GeekBuying

In late May, a deal popped up here for a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 (4gb/64gb) for about $220 AUD from Geekbuying.

I was in need of a new phone, and this phone provided excellent value - Aluminium build, 5.5" screen, 4gb ram, 64gb storage, 625 (i think) snapdragon processor etc etc.

However, I'd been back and forth with emails about how they haven't had stock (for 6 weeks!?!??) and was finally issued a refund today through Paypal.

I'm not necessarily after the same specs, and can definitely spend more money than what I had paid for this order. But I am in need of a new phone, and android is my flavour.

Are there any deals kicking about meet my needs? (5+ inch screen, 1080p+ res, 3+gb of ram, 32+gb of storage… I guess those are the main things).

    I bought the Xiaomi Redmi note 4x 3gb ram 32gb rom on AliExpress goldway? For $184, when cashrewards had 10% cash back.
    There's a Russian cash back site that gives 10% cash back on AliExpress, pays through psi PayPal, I can't remember it's name though, it's posted somewhere here in Ozbargain recently.
