2GB Verbatim SD Card $4 at Harvery Norman @Domayne Auburn

220

Nothing too spectacular, but Harvey Norman @ Domayne Auburn have Verbatim 2GB SD cards going for $4.

Not for those who would have to get out of their way and travel to get there, but handy for those who live nearby or on the way into/from the city that live out west.

They can be had for around $7 elsewhere, but with the saving you can get yourself a cheeseburger across the road or in the pocket! Capacity would be a concern to some, but 2GB can still hold a fair amount of digital images.

  • Is there anywhere in Brisbane that you can get something for $7 or less? the best I can find in stock is $9 for sandisk 2GB.

I wouldn't normally care about the few extra dollars but I want to buy many.

    • WOW oxley had some 2GB SD cards for around the $4 mark (a whole bargain bin full of them) …but that was a few weeks ago when I went and bought the 750gig toshiba portable drive for $99

  • Doesn't seem like it's worth the effort.

      Obviously depends where you live.

SD cards are great for sending through the mail — because, they're flat.

  • Going on holidays soon. For 4 bucks that is an extra 750 photos.
    Too easy!

    Handy for Wii modding

    • I was going to say the exact same thing :)

    hope adelaide has that price

    • Havn't seen them for this price at any HN. Seems to be $16 for the 2GB ones, some other places have them up to $24 or so.

Cheapest I've seen is a Transcend 2GB for $9.95 at a Ted's Camera House in Westfield Marion.

      cool story bro

  • nice if only they did free postage.
I don't need any but i'd like to buy a few just so I could buy some cheeseburgers and not feel guilty about it by telling myself 'i saved all this money'

Just went to the store, lots of SD cards were there and the price above the basket was $8.00. I did ask the store staff, first they said that it was $8.00 each. I have to open my ipad to show them the ad from this page, then I got it for $4.00.

    Thanks bro.

      • Maybe it was a randomly typed in date by the poster (though I hope not haha)

        • The date is visible in the catalogue. Click the image above.

        • No, just a direct snippet from the catalogue.

  • wow thanks thats amazing. i paid $80 for a 1gb card.. few years ago!!!

    • LOL @ " .. few years ago!!!"

    • I paid $80 for a 256mb card about 4 or 5 years ago! How times have changed!

  • I paid $120 for my wife about 6 years ago! Oh How times have changed!

However, I think I got a dud model. She doesn't do the dishes anymore and complains when I tell her to mow the lawn.

    • Has her visa expired yet?

If you paid by credit card you could try a chargeback.
