    • I am still waiting for mine, they told me the 18th, then I just received an email stating that they couldn't do that either.

      • Same - my founder's edition still hasn't even been dispatched. It was originally suppose to be delivered by the end of July and then when I spoke to a rep a couple of weeks ago they said I should receive it by 12th of August and then when it didn't arrive I hit up chat again and they said by August 16th. Checked today, still hasn't been dispatched. I've already received a $10 GBP credit from a previous chat, anything else I can try? I'm thinking maybe if I can get my shipping refunded that would soften the blow. But I'm starting to think that this card may never arrive.

        • I'm the same man, not even getting credit, talked to their support multiple times and they wont bother to contact the supplier.

          Probs gona cancel my order.

        • @Zondor: Yeah I just spoke with Amazon on chat and they gave me another $10 GBP credit but they couldn't give me an updated dispatch date other than to say they are working hard to fulfil the order as soon as possible. Bit concerning. Sucks because I sold my GTX 1070 in preparation and I have had to resort to using integrated graphics for the past five weeks.

  • the second card was held at customs as they shipped it and labelled it with the current price and now they are trying to charge duty (over $200). I have to speak to them tomorrow.

I spoke to Amazon rep in chat as my 1080ti SC hadn't arrived by the 11th August. They said there was an issue with the carrier but the card is in Australia even though the tracking details hadn't been updated (Still saying Lyon, France) The rep refunded me the shipping charges (awesome) and assured me the card will be with me soon!

Fast forward to today and no sign of the 1080ti. On to Amazon chat again and my order is still awol. Amazon rep told me he is sending another 1080ti. Hopefully this one makes it to me, or better still both cards turn up 😍

    • Yep mine is still at customs, i lodged a dispute they said it would take 3 to 5 days to resolve, which would be tomorrow. Still hoping that both arrive.

      • At least you guys are actually getting yours :(

        • Finally released from customs, i had to pay $100 because customs handled it, reported it to amazon and they are looking into refunding the amount paid in duties. Supposed to arrive tomorrow.

        • Just arrived, the packaging is non-existent, just a sticker on the retail box, no wonder these go missing, looks like its been bashed around a bit as well, hopefully it works.

I would suggest they ship a comparative product like the SC black or SC2 since they have misled you regarding the stock availibility

      • Problem is I was really keen on the founder's edition due to the blower style fan as I have a mini-ITX case. I just spoke with Amazon on chat and they gave me another $10 GBP credit but they couldn't give me an updated dispatch date other than to say they are working hard to fulfil the order as soon as possible. Bit concerning. Sucks because I sold my GTX 1070 in preparation and I have had to resort to using integrated graphics for the past five weeks!

        • Yeh i hear yah, been using a 560ti for 6 weeks, the 1070 sold within 24 hours of positing on gumtree, mine is finally on board to be delivered today, amazon refunded me the duties i had to pay, just make sure you get a receipt from DHL for the duties if you end up in the same situation as me.

        • @Melong: Hi mate, were you getting the EVGA founder's edition as well that was marked as delivered? Also how come you had to pay duty on the card as it comes under a $1,000 Australian dollars?

        • @kingofcheap:
I had a second one shipped as they lost the first, they labeled it with the current price

(Founders Edition) So far postage waived. Priority postatge and 10GBP credit. I got daily incoming stock numbers from a manager. They are getting trickles of 10 -15 cards every 3 days. The helpfulness of support depends on what time you contact them and what region you get connected to. I would cancel the order but I can't find anything close to this price. No love trying to get them to send the SC black or SC2. I would cancel this but this is well below market price.

    • Same mate. I'm up to $30GBP in credit off my next order plus they waived express postage on this order as well.

Every time they tell me they are still waiting for their supplier to send through stock. What's interesting is that they told you that they have been receiving stock albeit in a trickle of 10-15 cards at a time. The latest they told me is that they will definitely send through my card by September 6th at the latest but then they never met any of the previous proposed dispatch dates either so I'm not holding my breath. I would cancel as well but I can't find anything close to this price either for a EVGA (international warranty) GTX 1080 TI FOUNDERS EDITION. I figure I'll just keep asking them for a $10GBP credit every few days or so until they finally send out the card which will at least soften the blow.

    • my card (FE) still haven't sent and they just keep saying they don't know when will it gonna be delivery and also convinced me to cancel the order. they just offered postage waived and 5GBP.
