There was still a fair bit of stock at Chatswood during lunch today. Especially jumpers, blazers and pants, worth a trip if you are after them.

Garden City '$10 sale' started this morning. I was fortunate enough to bump into a friendly ozbargainer this morning, I hope your son enjoys his semiformal!
How was stock levels?
The racks were full as of 10:15am. But there was a small crowd of people (5 to 8 people) stocking up on items. Plenty of blazers and jackets, hoodies, pants and shirts.
Was at Garden City H&M at 4:30 for 10 minutes. About 100 people in that time. Lots of browsers, a few buyers, a few people showing off their finds.
What was left: smaller size (36-40) suit jackets (thin & shiny), hoodies, jumpers, shorts, pants and shirts.
Manager said she is expecting 2 more shipments.Picked up a great wool blend (52% wool) overcoat my size in a pile of discards near the mirror. It was the only one left. Original price $100… 2 buttons were loose, asked for a reduction, so paid $9.
Thank you poorly paid garment workers in Myanmar.
Thought there were no pockets in coat, then realised pockets were sewn up. A few minutes with small scissors - pockets :-)

It's the same in Perth city store. But no items left with excessive discounts. Noteworthy is v neck Merino wool jumper $10, from $59.

This is a eofy sale for all h&m's. I've been to a couple around Sydney. But sizes and stock are a bit limited. Bit late to the party here, think this sale started about 1-2 months back.
But prices weren't this low.
The sale is $10 for all mens sale items. They were on sale for ~$20-$60, now theyre all $10.

Been to Melbourne GPO. No Jackets or overcoats left. Found one waistcoat but was a bit small for me and bought a jumper for $10. There are only two or three racks worth of stuff (most of which is trash). Plenty of pants (casual and formal), shorts and t-shirts available. They also have Womens clothing on sale from $5 - $15.
Any updates for Garden City or Pacific Fair? And if they had any XL-xxl+ stock?

There was some new stock in Garden city store. Got couple of jackets. There were still around 4-5 jackets at 12pm

Stock.level was much reduced over earlier. Some new stock. Some jackets at $30 now in same area & full price stock where $10 sale stock was.Tried on a $139 jacket ($10) - fitted, but was so big with enormous zip, pockets & hood, I was lost in it. There was even a fake fur trimmed jacket with same $139 original price. Only 1 of each.
Picked up another simpler jacket ($10) - lighter & not as warm as the wonderful $9 wool blend overcoat. Wore the overcoat on Friday - toasty warm. Several comments about it being stylish & people were amazed by price. May find it hard to wear many times in Brisbane winters.
Looks like you arrived after me. These are the jackets that were left over after i took my jackets. I got 2 really nice jackets.
Just for your information all jackets were $10, Even the ones that were marked $30.
Didn't stay long. Left at 11:20 according to receipt ;-)
