Who's eating them?, I just want the vouchers.
Haha drink more water
15% fat 21% sugar - yum. Sanitarium has totally sold out on their original "healthy" ideals.
Also Sanitarium pays $0 tax on $300 million revenue.
Where do you suppose to get your daily needs of carbs and fats, if you have these as a breakfast substitute
It sure taste good but didn't know it would be that bad. I feel betrayed by Sanitarium now…
I would not say it is "that bad". Still healthier than your average Kellogs breakfast lollies.
The fat part is ok - mostly mono- and polyunsaturated. But I prefer my carbs to be less sugar, lower GI.
Regular weet-bix has twice the protein.
Sanitarium and Kellogs both come from Michigan Adventists, who believed that protein and masturbation were great evils.
Then fat become enemy #1, and now sugar has its turn.
Well I don't eat any breakfast cereals.
The most I would have is muesli bar or just skip the breakfast.
Risky of you do an online order for these because you may not be given the specially marked packed with the rebel code
I put in the notes that I need the rebel version or they will be returned, works at woolies.
not worth it, you will be more hungry after eating this
