Have not received my item yet from Apus Corporation (Shopping Square)

Hey guys

As title states, about two months ago there was an offer on the "XIAOMI 2nd Generation 10000mAh Power Bank" for $19.76 + $1 shipping. I purchased the product from their website on the 21/05/2017. Given that the item was from over seas, the ETA would be roughly 2-4 weeks. However with that being said, I submitted a ticket on the 17/06/2017 about the item having not arrived yet. They confirmed with me that the item had arrived in Australia on the 06/06/17 and that I should expect it within 7-15 working days from that date. Fast forward to 28/06/2017, I submitted another ticket having still not received my item but they insisted that the courier was encountering delays even though they confirmed that the item was out for delivery through Aust Post on the 08/06/17. Till this day I have still not received anything.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    You actually bought something from SS ?? Many people avoid SS no matter what the deal is because of their poor customer service.

    If you paid by Credit card you may be able to call your bank and request a charge-back since you did not receive the goods. Then it forces the retailer to show proof that the service was provided as stated.

      First time buying from Shopping Square. I've been holding off on buying a power brick for the past two years so I thought i'd cop this deal. Didn't realise it would be this difficult haha. I purchased it through paypal so I guess if things turn south I would be able to dispute it.

    Have you call up Auspost and give reference to the tracking?

      I haven't yet however according to them, it is being delivered via a non tracking parcel :|

    I must be the lucky few… I've actually bought a few things from SS and has arrived albeit some f them quite late but never had a package go missing.

    maybe I should stop buying from them just incase,

    I totally forgot I ordered one of these and am still waiting as well, so are many other people it seems https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/308184?page=1#comment its not uncommon for items to take upto 3 months to be delivered from China

      It just puzzles me that the item "arrived" in Australia on the 06/06/17 and was apparently sent out for delivery on the 08/06/17.

    Reminds me of the Xiaomi mijia pens - Auspost for whatever reason decided to hold onto a whole shipment of pens for a few months only to deliver them out after we received our chargebacks from TinyDeal.

      Oh Jesus you need to act on it fast before you cant file a paypal dispute! Send them a ticket and request them to either refund your money or send you a new one from the sydney warehouse asap! Just sign the agreement form or what ever. I still haven't received the initial one that and i doubt i will.

          Hey danilochan. I have received my replacement product so it is all good :). @POWERevolution however you should message @danilochan since he is on here for your ease as talking to the customer service is like talking to a wall.
