As title states, about two months ago there was an offer on the "XIAOMI 2nd Generation 10000mAh Power Bank" for $19.76 + $1 shipping. I purchased the product from their website on the 21/05/2017. Given that the item was from over seas, the ETA would be roughly 2-4 weeks. However with that being said, I submitted a ticket on the 17/06/2017 about the item having not arrived yet. They confirmed with me that the item had arrived in Australia on the 06/06/17 and that I should expect it within 7-15 working days from that date. Fast forward to 28/06/2017, I submitted another ticket having still not received my item but they insisted that the courier was encountering delays even though they confirmed that the item was out for delivery through Aust Post on the 08/06/17. Till this day I have still not received anything.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You actually bought something from SS ?? Many people avoid SS no matter what the deal is because of their poor customer service.
If you paid by Credit card you may be able to call your bank and request a charge-back since you did not receive the goods. Then it forces the retailer to show proof that the service was provided as stated.
