have checked various dates and the window seems to be as follows

on the Air NZ website its great because you can search 7 days either side at once to work out the best combination of dates to get the cheapest price

Also can combine with the add bag for $1

  Does anyone know much skycouch costs? Seems like you have to enter all details before you get to see the price. ACCC may not like this.

    from $200 per leg, and only AUK<->LAX

    "One Economy Skycouch and one Economy Seat for $200.00 extra"

    "One Economy Skycouch and two Economy Seats for $699.00"

      I'm struggling to understand the pricing though. Does $200 extra assume you have two seats already and give you the third one to complete the row? And $699 assume you have one seat and gives two more to complete the row?

        Yeah. Probably needs clarifying based on what my fake booking was.

        Fake booking was 2 adults, 2 kids.
        So assumes you already have 3 seats together plus an extra.

        So the first $200 is just for the option to have those 3 seats selected as one of the limited sky couch rows(I think)
        Not sure it would give an extra economy seat as well.

      ddmmyy…but lately we been following american date system mmdd. so this confusing!
      i originally though June 2017 as well

    Have noticed some dates have sold out and those prices have gone up slightly, but there is still plenty @ the above prices just have to play with the outbound and inbound dates to get the combination

      Managed to book a two week trip either around Easter for $838. So cheap, and will be given lounge access the whole way
