I've had completely opposite interactions. Staff have gone out of their way for my 18+ item returns (open and worn) from different departments. No questions asked.

Either way, if it was purchased online and delivered you should be able to send it back via post.
Most my department store shipping is via The Iconic now.
Myer is too difficult. Why would i buy online but have go to the shopping centre for a refund or return?

I know I have always enjoyed their sales and exclusive shopping deals but if they don't adapt to their ever evolving retail space, it saddens me too sad to say it but I think they won't exist in another 5 years.
If others can do it seamlessly, i'm sure they can too!
@Suspect420: Myer needs to be more competitive and do what Harvey norman did a few years back, they need to stop selling electrical goods at RRP
Hardly Normal isn't competitive, their sales have some good stuff but their usual prices are inflated.

Myer is quickly turning horrible to deal with.
Even returns are extremely difficult. Staff don't even try and help and ask you to take all returns to their individual departments. Which means you wait in multiple queues.
Sometimes you get a lovely employee who ends up doing the couple of items for you, whther its from babywear or mens. Not many helpful employees left though.
