Don't forget Steam cards are also 10% off at Big W. Not sure if you can purchase them with the Woolworths gift cards which are currently 5.7% off until 11.59pm tonight.

I'm a fairly simple man, if I got a Woolworths Gift Card at 5.7% off then got 10% off a $50 Steam Gift card, I'd still pay more than they charge anywhere else in the world?

      • Depends on the exchange rate they use for the Steam cards since they're in AUD, maybe someone else knows the rates they're using.

But for a $50 AUD Steam card, you'd be paying $45 for it. So you'd want to purchase a $45 gift card which will be $42.44 AUD.

For the $50 steam gift card I got $38 USD.

        • @Jordanian: Thanks for that.

Then I guess if you can use the Woolworths gift cards it'd be $42.44 AUD for ~$38 USD which is really good! Better than any current exchange rate.

@Jordanian: Jesus I am genuinely surprised that they are so reasonable with the exchange rate.

      • Compared to cdkey sites, usually yes.

  • Can anyone link me to the script that you can run to do the discovery queue quicker, wasn't there something that just clicked through them all and you still get your Cards?

  • Full Throttle remastered yes!

    RIP steam sales 2008-2014

    • For sure, the last few years they've tried gimmicks like mini games but the glory days are long gone.

Some other good discounts (credit to PCGamer where I stole this from):

    Dishonored 2 - $24.99 (50% off)
    Hollow Knight - $9.89 (34% off)
    Abzu - $5.99 (70% off)
    Transistor - $2.99 (85% off)
Torment: Tides of Numenera - $22.49 (50% off)
    Darkest Dungeon - $9.99 (60% off)
Hitman: The Complete First Season - $23.73 (66% off)
    Fallout: New Vegas - $3.74 (75% off)
Wolfenstein: The New Order - $9.99 (50% off)

    Tales of Berseria - $29.99 (40% off)
South Park: The Stick of Truth - $8.36 (75% off)
    Doom - $19.99 (50% off)

Out of those, my pick would be Hollow Knight. First time discounted and an Aussie made game.

    • For Abzu, purchase the version that includes the soundtrack. It has a higher discount, so it's actually 38c cheaper!

Deus Ex Human Revolution Director's Cut also at US$3.99

  • For those fans…
    CLANNAD - $17.49 USD (65% off)

    DLC
    CLANNAD Anthology Manga - - $4.54 USD (65% off)
    CLANNAD 10th Anniversary Artbook - $6.99 USD (65% off)

    Bundle

Keep in mind they are Japanese audio with Eng subs except for the interface. I would have preferred Japanese interface as an option too.

Nothing seems to scream 'buy me' this time around… although I was waiting for 3dmark for a while so scooped that one up. How boring am I.
