Yep pretty much.
MBA form factor hasn't changed since 2010, only its internals have (and not the latest Intel chip-set either).
what year is this model?
technically it's an "Early 2015" model but they were sold up until this month, replaced by the "Mid 2017" model (the difference being a very slight CPU upgrade from 1.6 GHz to 1.8 GHz).
Still using my 2012 as my daily. Awesome machines. I can't wait till this one does so then i can get a new one, although it keeps on going and going like the day i got it
