You can only order one and you need a verified account. (I'm assuming that means you just have to register) You don't save that much off of the price at dealextreme, but a basically free piggy light is still worth something.
I ordered before when they made a mistake and a headphones coupon could be used to make everything on the site 50% off. They of course cancelled it but in addition to the refund they gave 68 points. This in my mind was quite fair as it was a glitch. I received the items I reordered in a timely manner, more timely than dealextreme. However I haven't had to use their RMA and support like dealextremes, as most of my business goes there. Tgreater selection, lower prices usually, and a proven system if something goes wrong. However I haven't noticed anything amiss with focalprice to stay away from a piggy light. (even though I do already have so many that I don't know what to do with)

I personally would buy from dealextreme. But it depends on what you're after, as focalprice has a few things dealextreme does not and vice versa.
I think one my DE packages got lost in the mail.. I emailed DE a while back about it and they asked me to check with Aus post or they will send out another one.. just some keyrings and stylus.. not sure who/what I am supposed to say.. or should I just ask them to resend? I order basically few times a week and sometimes daily.
As for Focalprice.. yeah bought from them quite a bit and never had any probs but mostly deal with DE.. also FP doesn't have RSS for newly arrived items?

Once or twice I've found the item at the post office awaiting collection but they never dropped a card in the letterbox.
Man, I should check. :S I've recently had something like 4 suspected missing parcels, sigh..buyers were nice enough to offer replacement each time.
Just check with the post office and if not (I personally can't stand the local post office staff; I guess they're underpaid or something cos they always seem to be in a bad mood. :S I have a feeling if I didn't bring a card in they wouldn't entertain me..) just get them to send it again. :)

I personally will go with DealExtreme, they are very reliable, never miss a thing.
My last few orders from FocalPrice have come through fine. They tend not to have the crazy long backorder times like DX has. Worst problem is that the reviews on FP are really suss - so I use DX reviews to make buying decisions, then purchase from whoever is cheapest (DX, FP or BuyInCoins)

Focalprice has worked out well for me in the past, though I've only made like 2 orders so n=2 isn't much of an indicator. XD
I am a VIP member of Focalprice, and get really good service. You apparently get more prompt ticket responses and such the higher your status, which is determined by your amount of goods you have purchased.
I purchase a large order and get it EMS shipped, so it won't get lost and I get it quickly. Doing so, I never have any problems.
I was expecting to pay a few cents more but I just checked my account and I was only charged 1 cent AUD. Yay credit unions.

I will stay away from focalprice.com, order once and got the wrong item with significant price difference. and their RMA and email support always down.
