wow this was nice, as part of my order I purchased an item for $29.00
I received that item in the mail today and attached to the tag was a "HS Reduced" sticker showing the price $10.02 (close to $19 less than what i payed for the exact item) took away the joy from this purchase that is for sure.
Sent them an email sharing that I was not happy about that with suggestions to remove the reduced price tags prior to sending, or amending payment amount if in fact on sale at the time.
They replied and told me to contact them to organise a $19 refund (that nearly pays for a big mac meal right?)
Sounds about right for their online store. Not the first time I've heard about this scenario. They work like HN - online is a "phantom" store - they just sent it to whatever store has stock. When something goes wrong HN try to divert you to the store rather than take responsibility, so at least they helped you here.
I found a Poncho for $1.50 :)
