Just in case anyone is looking for a premium ultrabook at a decent price. This deal has been going on for quite a few days and was sold out yesterday, seems like they had plenty more. Basically clearance stock since HP is replacing all it with 2017 model with Windows Ink support.
Anyways still a good deal comparing the Aussie laptop market. Similarly specd XPS 13 with an i7 costs $500 more.

By cramming in a larger, 57.8-watt-hour battery, HP has greatly increased the Spectre x360's endurance. The battery life has gone from 8 hours and 36 minutes on our web-surfing battery test all the way to 10 hours and 6 minutes. That's more than a 15 percent increase and is good enough to put the Spectre above other premium 2-in-1s, including both the Lenovo Yoga 900 (7:57) and 900S (8:46), the Samsung spin 9 (5:38), and Asus' ZenBook Flip (9:58).
Thanks
Keep in mind this is the last gen spectre x360( new series is the ac series). So they do not support windows ink as far as i know. I was looking at this one too but did come across some comments about the last gen having a few issues. will try to see if i can find those comments.
That is literally the only difference though. It still has the edge to edge screen and the latest processors. So if you don't need the ink then this is good.
If you check Dell Outlet you can get better spec Dell Inspiron 13 7000 for less.
This would be new-new vs Dell outlet which would be either as-new or refurbished I presume.
Unless otherwise marked they are new.
"Marked" … that would be 'scratch and dent' I presume.
@nonpop: Oh I just meant unless otherwise indicated. When I think they had more new than scratch and dent etc.
Any comments on battery life ?
