    All true….but if you want something smaller the Flip is very good. Why would you want something smaller? In my case I take my speaker on hikes and picnics and so greater portability is my preference.

I've got this speaker from a previous deal and it is surprisingly good. I'm very happy with it and ended up buying more to give away to family and friends as gifts. I have an older car and I actually use this as my car's stereo system using bluetooth to sync it to my iphone.
