Insulting!
Damn thought that said $1 Chicken Big Macs
I thought it said Mrs Macs $1 Big Chickens.
tried it, reckon it sucks, big mac sauce just dosnt go well with the fried chicken.
I would have to say the opposite.. Probably an unpopular opinion but it wasn't that bad.
That said, it's still McDonalds, so I don't go in expecting much.
i dunno man, fried chicken needs that spicy or tangy flavour, it felt like i was just eating a plain bun and the flavour of the mcsauce wasnt powerful enough for the thicker meat.
otherwise i do love the size of the burger though, so ill just ask them change the sauces next time.
Yeah, tried it too - felt a bit grubby eating it, it was sliding around a bit lol.
This burger + hungry jacks grilled chicken sauce = heaven
big mac sauce just dosnt go well with the fried chicken
You lie, everything goes well with fried chicken.
Big Macs aren't even worth what they are asking anymore. The size has shrunk to a size of a cheeseburger.
McDonald's is expensive in pretty much most things apart from frozen Cokes and ice cream cones.
They've been expensive for a few years now and only worth it with promos or offers.
My parents got a shock when they went for a soft serve. $0.75/each. In my opinion daylight robbery when you they are almost the same price as Maxibon when the supermarkets have them on special.
I would have walked out minus the ice cream.
@t25: 75cents?!
@HuskyActual: Yeah! I remember these to be 30 cents, then went up to 50 cents.
Cheaper frozen coke at HJs and 7/11
@serpserpserp
Aren't all three $1?
The $5 Big Mac golden meal was pretty good with the chicken patty swap.
omg thanks! didn't think about this, but it comes out 5 cents cheaper!
Tried one, should of just got a normal big mac. Disappointed. The chicken fillets in it were poor. Expensive.
Could of got the Zinger Combo for the same price, that chicken fillet is the best.
- save $1
- bargain
Pick one.
If people think it's a deal at normal price then any further discount (even $0.50) is even more of a deal right?
bikies
I believe the reason it gets 18 votes and plus for a mere $1 OFF discount is because as soon as you see RRP next to $1, you would think the chicken big mac only costs $1. So i've edited the title to reflect that it's only $1 off.
Or it could even simply be that people think at normal price, $6.50 or whatever it is, they think it's cheap already. So if $6.50 is cheap and $5.50 then isn't it even more of a bargain?
Had one last week. Not a fan. 4/10.
Bring back the mcribb.
Where is the reward section in the app?
Oh ok that didn't show up on mine before and now the app keeps crashing so I can't check
Is it really fried chicken or just a microwaved artificial chicken 'patty'?
Its fried. I'm sure the oil on the chicken tells you that
Are you saying the oil isn't for flavour?
I'm pretty sure you can look into most Maccas kitchens to see how they prepare your orders…
I used to like maccas but damn it's gotten expensive and horrible.
It's always been horrible but now it is expensive as well.
It's laughable how maccas tries to pass themselves off as more premium, but they'll always be budget to me
Good deal, saved $10 for my dinner. Saved more than most bargains on this site.
YOU JUST ORDERED 10 OF THESE????
It's cheap.
The award for the worst app goes to…..
Opens envelope
(No look of surprise)
McDonald's.Yeah don't know what it's doing, but it's downloading a lot of data, which it should already have, each time I open the App.
Golden meal, quarter pounder with extra chicken patty, jalapeƱos, medium fries, medium coke for less than $7.50…
On the downside app doesn't work 80% of the time.
This! Wasn't working all this week. What gives?
-no paypal accepted..
Use a prepaid Visa gift card
Wouldn't trust them with a real Visa Card.
Wouldn't recommend, it had no umami. Patty was crispy but it's bland even with pickles and sauce. Caramel pie on the other hand is good
FYI the ice tea seems to be off the app. Just order a bottle of water and ask to swap.
My local sells it for $7.15, so with the $1 off, it's $6.15, not $5.50-$5.90.
That's what you get for living in Perth. The boom is long gone, but the greedy franchisees are still hanging around.
Tryhard Zinger Stacker… and it doesn't even come close.
Macca's call this cardboard "chicken"- hahah!
Still expensive
