ANNIVERSARY20

Was looking for a pair of bluetooth on ear headphones and found these at Myer.

Currently half price but managed to apply ANNIVERSARY20 code for a further $20 off.

Free shipping over $100 or click and collect.

I'm no audiophile but I'm very happy with them. Was a bit worried about the "Extra Bass" but I've found them to be great.

Thanks to https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/303642.

Currently $279 @ JB Hi-Fi.

  • $139/$119 is a freaking steal

Sorry please forgive and forget what I said. I remember the model wrong and 650BT is not the model that I bought.

    • Which model did you buy?

      • Many Ozbargainers bought the Sony MDRZX330BT Portable Bluetooth NFC Headphones (Current RRP $179.95) for $42.98 Delivered from this old deal. So all Sony BT headphones look expensive now 😃

        • These were a great deal, definitely not work $180 though.

          Maybe a $60 pair. $80 because sony

  • I really want a new pair of earphones/headphones. I had to return my Audiofly AF78M due to failure in the left earbud. when you pay 200 for a pair of earphones, you'd expect they'd outlast the year… oh well I got a refund on the earphones and extended care.

Every pair of earphones I've owned, whether cheap or expensive have failed, i feel as though i should make the jump to a pair of headphones. What do you all recommend, i tried the bose QC35 and the background noise attenuation was amazing. Going into a few more years of uni studies that sort of noise cancelling is hard to rival during a big day in the library.

What does everyone recommend? Would i be better off with these sonys, or biting the bullet and purchasing the bose?

    • These are not Active Noise Cancelling so I would not compare them to the QC35. If you want ANC then you are probably better off waiting for a good QC35 deal to pop up.

    • +1

Bought a nice set of refurbished MDR-ZX770 from Sony with the CRACKA20 code for $132 delivered. Not sure if they are still in stock. Noise cancelling, bluetooth, NFC…

  • Bought thanks

  • How are the bass on these? Similar to VModa?

    • I feel ignorant now, as I haven't heard of VModa.

Bass is pretty strong but not overpowering. Audio is very subjective though, and as I stated, I'm no audiophile.

I'm more into rock/pop and I find these pretty good. Definitely heavier on the bass but it doesn't drown out mids etc.

Electronic music sounds great, but not really my thing.

      • Not too sure why my comment was negged…. ah well.
