        Yea, hoping mine will eventually arrive although that seems more unlikely as time goes by. I have contacted Gearbest about it, and their reply was to check with my local post office and to reconfirm my contact details. However I did receive the microUSB-to-type C adapter from this deal so not sure what went wrong with the delivery of these mini lights.

        Looks like jv intercepted them lol…

        I don't know if you're being serious or not as I'm no gearbest frequent flyer but I did notice on my WoT plugin they have a terrible rating and have been banned from some of the biggest website reviewing sites for voting manipulation.

          I'm only suggesting that they are building a mailing/contact list via these deals, not that they are stealing your data or anything like that. If they charge a nominal amount it means that you have to enter correct details, set up a valid payment method etc.

          So one of the main barriers to purchase (can't be stuffed to set up an account, choose yet another password etc) is gone when they send you future ads for stuff that you're actually interested in paying for.

          The ratings issue is a separate thing, but I'd only buy things with verified 3rd-party reviews (for example, I bought a Mi band and some Xiaomi Bluetooth earphones).
