  The D-Link Tuner works quite well - provided the device is not moving at all. It's usually on special for $14.

  I think it's worth it for power blackouts if nothing else.

  I have a D-Link TV tuner to give away - actually I think I have another USB TV tuner too. Good for nothing unless you have an external antenna to plug it into. Kind of defeats the purpose of it being so portable and the "compact design makes taking it along whenever and wherever extra convenient."

  Most people have TVs these days that work quite well :)
