Three speed internal gears which is okay for flat terrain - the 8 speed would be nice, as would disc brakes and a belt drive, but that comes with a $1K price tag from another retailer. Ya gets what ya pays for.

read the facebook and other reviews. most people are lucky to get their stuff if at all. sometimes even after months it's the wrong stuff. customer service is virtually non-existent if there's a problem they can't fix/know they are wrong.
i was lucky but it took almost a month, just from melb.
would've been better off ordering from europe and saving a lot for the same tyres.

A warning for people. I had purchased a Pearl Izumi jacket during the previous 20% sale. A few days after payment, they notified me that the jacket is was not available and offered to refund my money or a store credit. I had asked for a similar jacket to be provided but they chose to refund the money.
I am sure that it is against consumer law to sell an item that you do not actually have available. I wanted to support Australian business but I will never, never buy anything from them again. Buyer beware.
Exactly this is what happened to me too, they usually source stock from other places.
