Jv - dust mites cannot live on latex. So yes, for most allergic/asthmatic/dermatitis types (ie. Typical atopy) it is a good option. I know people with terrible nocturnal asthma that was mitigated to a fair degree by switching to latex (or, in one case, a waterbed… Another thing dust mites can't live in…)

Working in a foam packaging Industry, I cannot digest how expensive the neck pillow ususally are. Not the latex ones but the cheapest ones I always find are from Daiso (Around $4.50) compared to $15 or more anywhere else.
And worth every dime damnit.
