Entry is only open to residents of Australia, who own property within the City of Mandurah, aged 18 years and over.

All eligible property owners who sign up to receive their rates notice electronically, either by eRates or BPAY View, between Monday 22nd of May 2017 and Sunday 16th of July 2017 are automatically entered into the draw.
